Terms and Conditions for GigHunt

1. Introduction

Welcome to gighunt.io (“the Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

gighunt.io operates on a subscription-based payment model. By subscribing to one of our plans, you gain access to gigs in your chosen categories for the duration of your subscription. The available subscription plans are as follows:

- Unlimited (€20/month): Unlimited access to all gigs across all categories for 1 month. This includes both current and previously collected gigs.
- Standard (€15/month): Full access to 2 categories of your choice for 1 month. You will have access to all gigs in those categories, including those collected prior to your subscription.
- Basic (€10/month): Full access to 1 category of your choice for 1 month. This includes access to both current and previously collected gigs in your selected category.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Once access to gigs is provided, no refunds will be issued for unused time during the subscription period.

6. Ownership of Gigs

Once you subscribe and gain access to gigs on [gighunt.io](http://gighunt.io/), those gigs are yours to retain for the duration of your subscription. Access to gigs will cease upon the expiration of your subscription unless renewed.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of gighunt.io and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of gighunt.io.

8. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Platform. You grant gighunt.io a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

9. Prohibition of Resale or Redistribution

The results and content provided to you through gighunt.io are for your personal use only. You are expressly prohibited from trading, re-selling, or otherwise redistributing any results or content obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from gighunt.io. Violation of this provision may result in the termination of your account and legal action.

10. Variability of Gigs Availability

gighunt.io provides users with access to all available gigs in their chosen categories at the time of subscription. The number of gigs available may vary day to day; some categories may have more gigs than others depending on the current availability. gighunt.io is not responsible for the variability in the number of gigs available during your subscription period.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall gighunt.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
- Any content obtained from the Platform;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

13. Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gighunt.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
